Ivory & Ash Hair & Beauty
Fifty services across eight categories, priced by the time and the skill each one takes.

It is a real, working site — but the business is invented, so the phone number and address are deliberately unusable.

The problem
A salon menu is long, and it changes. Fifty services is far too many for a flat list, and a price list a developer has to redeploy is a price list that goes stale — the owner puts prices up in March and the website is still quoting January in July.
What I built
- Fifty services grouped into eight categories, each showing how long it takes as well as what it costs
- The whole menu editable from the dashboard — add, reprice, retire — with no redeploy
- Services are taken off the menu rather than deleted, so a booking made months ago still says what it was for
- A warning when a service is longer than any published slot, which is what would otherwise make it silently unbookable
- Contact details, opening hours and the team roster editable by the owner too
- The things worth knowing before booking — patch tests, consultations — derived from the menu rather than hand-maintained
Why it is here
Content the owner controls. Almost nothing on this site needs me to change it.
